Preparation and Submission Timelines
- Tax Preparation: For priority service, we aim to prepare your taxes within 24 hours after receiving your form submission. For all other services, we try to complete preparation within 72 hours of form submission.
- Tax Submission: We strive to submit your taxes to the CRA within 48 hours of your signing the T183 authorization form.
Client Responsibilities
- Document Submission: Clients must provide all requested documents promptly to continue with the tax filing process. Delays in providing documents may result in processing delays or incomplete filings.
- Accuracy of Information: It is the client’s responsibility to review the T183 form carefully before signing. Ensure the total income and other details are accurate and include all relevant slips to avoid omissions or errors.
- Record Retention: Clients must retain all tax-related receipts and supporting documents for a minimum of six (6) years from the date of filing. These records may be required in case of a CRA audit.
Initial Contact Timeline
- Priority Service: We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
- Regular Service: We aim to contact you within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with the following third parties:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors (e.g., tax software providers, payment processors) who assist in delivering our services.
- Government Agencies: For compliance with tax reporting and other legal requirements.
